As a former single mom and first-time homebuyer, I understand the challenges, fears, and joys that come with taking the leap into homeownership. I also understand the security that comes with homeownership – that's why I'm so passionate about helping first-time buyers. Today, as a REALTOR® with Dwell Realty Group and an Accredited Buyer's Representative with my Home Finance Certification, I have worked with many buyers to make their dreams a reality. To the extent you would like, I will help you declutter, prioritize repairs, arrange furniture, and add staging items as needed to make sure your listing photos and showings stand out. With the backing of my team at Dwell, we will accurately price and aggressively market your home. Above all, I will communicate with you honestly on the market conditions and your house's performance.
What is Pearl in the Valley Homes?
It's how I think of Canton – a hidden treasure enveloped in the beautiful mountains. It's my correlating business as a stager and designer. I have personally lived in, renovated, and sold at substantial profit three homes and have helped many others. I specialize in smart renovations that utilize and maximize the existing features of a home, whether that is a home you're buying on a budget, a home you're trying to sell for top dollar, or the home you live in that needs some tweaks.
Hi! I'm Kathleen, a proud native of WNC – growing up in Swannanoa, living in downtown Asheville during my 20's, and calling Canton home for the past decade. I have worked in customer service, human service, and civil engineering. In 2023, after life's many twists and turns, I decided it was finally time to follow my passion into real estate and it's been love ever since.
The real heart of my life is my family, and when I'm not working with clients, you'll find me on mom duty, enjoying my little town of Canton, adventuring, or spending time with our extended family & friends. I'm also active with my local
community center and the PTO at my kid's school.
